Students must register at www.athleticclearance.com and upload a doctor-completed 2026-27 SDUSD Student-Athlete Physical Form in order to be cleared to participate in tryouts and practices in the 2026-27 school year.

For the 2026-27 school year, students must complete physicals on or after Monday, June 8, 2026 to be covered for the entirety of the 2026-27 school year.

San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) student athletes are invited to an athletic physical event on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 8:00am-12:00pm at Canyon Hills High School. Current 8th graders in SDUSD who will be attending one of the district’s high schools next year and want to try out for a sport are also invited. Cost is $10 (cash only)
